Version scope and earlier releases
This policy applies to Luxa 1.1.1, released on 7 October 2026. Removing Firebase and RevenueCat from this app does not delete historical provider records or change the policy that applied to earlier releases. For an earlier-release privacy question or deletion request, contact billypmas@icloud.com and include your app version, but no passwords or payment details.
Screen and display data
Luxa may request Screen Recording permission so it can read the visible image of a selected display, enhance it, and immediately render it back in an extended-range surface. Screen frames are processed in memory on your Mac. Luxa does not record, save, analyse, sell, share, or upload screen contents.
Local preferences
Luxa stores settings such as default brightness, maximum safety cap, display choice, warmer tone, battery-aware scaling, and launch-at-login preference locally using Apple system storage. These settings remain on the Mac unless the operating system or the user removes them.
Purchases
Apple processes the Luxa Pro purchase, restoration, receipts, refunds, and payment information. Luxa uses StoreKit to verify whether Pro is active. The developer does not receive your payment-card details from the app. Original customers who bought Luxa 1.0 or 1.1 are recognised from Apple’s verified original app version and receive Pro automatically.
Data collection and contact
Luxa 1.1.1 does not collect data from the app. The website does not require an account or contain advertising trackers. If you email support, the information you choose to send is used to answer your request.
For privacy questions or deletion requests concerning a support email, contact billypmas@icloud.com.
